Suitcase Rhodes library upgrade for existing owners: HOW?

Hello Ichiro,

I had purchased the Suitcase Rhodes library in 2016 paying 128$ - a bit pricy considering the pretty raw default Kontakt GUI.
However the sound is great despite the limited options of the GUI.
You recently offered a free upgrade for existing owners of the old library in your announcement on KVR forum recently.

1) How can I obtain the promised upgrade?

2) I am also surprised to see the complete Mk-1 Collection (both instruments) is being offered for just 75$ - while I paid 128$ for only the Suitcase Library.
I actually think it would be just fair to include the Mark 1 Stage library for me in the upgrade - reflecting the expensive original purchase.

I also sent you a message at team@premiersoundfactory.com which contains proof of purchase.

Please look into this and let me know how to proceed.
