Don't you wish that *all* software was supported this long and well? For $13, I consider this a no-brainer.

Hmmmmm...maybe Novation should consider porting the V-station to the iPad, although part of V-station's usefulness is that you can easily run multiple instances on almost any fairly recent computer -
Still: I think that it would look good on an iPad in landscape mode.

Oh, well - at least this masterpiece (I'd call it that) got some deserved attention - it's still going after all these years - still sounds really good!

Still using V Station, it’s great, quite unique and old school hardware kind if vibe I can’t think of another one like it.
Theres a catch in the filter where a small amount of eg wîll trigger a small amount of filter glide on the cutoff.
Probably the trick behind the liquid sound.

Can you turn that off? Always was a bit of a odd thing when i used the V-Station. Actually, i quite hated it for some sounds, also because it is so unpredictable.yul wrote: Theres a catch in the filter where a small amount of eg wîll trigger a small amount of filter glide on the cutoff.

Not unless tou completely turn off filter enveloppe (at 0) and use an LFO instead. I even emailed Novation and citing a similar issue back in the day with Moog Voyager filter glide.chk071 wrote: Can you turn that off? Always was a bit of a odd thing when i used the V-Station. Anyways, it seems part of the design and can’t be changed. I got over it and got to appreciate ir the way it is which is totally fine.

I had forgotten I even own a V-Station license. Just installed it on this system and had a play. Now I see why I forgot all about it.
It's still a nice synth and back in the day it was relevant but there are so many other choices now at least in my VSTi folder that V-Station would have a hard time ever making it on to a track.....
