Not sure if it really qualifies as a delay since it’s granular but Soundtoys Crystallizer does have a ducking fonction.

Boz Digital Labs Imperial Delay, Eventide UltraTap, bx_delay 2500 and UVI Relayer have a ducking delay too. FabFilter Timeless doesn't have a specific ducking feature, but the same thing can be done with its envelope follower.

Toneboosters Reverb 4 has it, and several different options/modes as well on how it handles it

The “hard way” to me is much simpler. Although I use this technique more on delay, but works on reverb as well; having the instrument/channel duck the effect.
