Keyswitches Momentary vs Latched

Can you have an option to set the keyswitches to momentary rather than latched.
If you are cutting and pasting sections of of a riff you need to keep adding another keyswitch to turn the articulation off and back to normal. If you stop after it has played a palm mute then play from the start all notes are palm muted.
In Kontakt you set the note to the articulation with a keyswitch, once that keyswitch note is off it plays normal with no articulations.
If you need an articulation to play across a lot off note you make the keyswitch note that length.
There maybe a setting there somewhere I have missed ???

EDIT: Also if you can put bends in with a keyswitch would be good,
so you can set the type of bend and Ample will send that, same with a vibrato keyswitch, Ample will send the type of vibrato to the controller.

Thanks for your suggestions, it makes sense, but our system is different - all of keyswitches are designed for latch, it is difficult to change them to momentary, but we will think about it.
