It honestly sounds more like a cello try getting the Spitfire LABS

this is true, but it does sound more like a plucked cello.
sounds like it has some sort of organ effect to me, something like the ehx pog2.

Just sounds like standard palm-muting to me. Probably compressor (to bring out the attack) - small slapback delay- lightly overdriven amp with a bit of reverb.

Knocked this up in 5 mins with Amplesound AGTC, Klanghelm MJUC compressor, Frooty delay and SoftAMP Flextron amp sim;
