This is a bit far out for me, but nevertheless I can appreciate it for what it is.
It wasn't me! (well, actually, it probably was)

Nice! It's like a mystery that never gets resolved. It's nice to hear how a small idea progresses and develops into a big texture. Great job with the video!

I love it!
Idea for the Video. You could place little signs like "Obey", "Reproduce", "Consume"...just somewhere in to the background.
And the great cuts at for instance 1:25...why not make a really harsh contrast ... from the shopping marionettes to some chemical waste site somewhere.

Thanks In The Mix. I think your first sentence says it all. And yes it just evolved as I added parts. :)

Thanks Peter! I like your ideas for the video...
Are you channelling daleks in the first idea? :hihi:
I did a similar harsh contrast for a previous video:

quite surreal approach. I like the video. The soundtrack is demanding but though interesting.

The music is a good showcase of the heavier side of Allomerus.

Regarding the video, the street scenes are cut to the changes in the music which works reasonably well. Although I would have preferred some footage of you guys rocking out.

Interesting. It progressively builds up tension, then just sort of lets it go. I'm not sure whether to feel relieved or cheated

Yes, this is what I kind of had in mind with my suggestion! It's good, that you guys try to transport a message with your videos.

Really diggin' the Crimuendo, John. Good to hear this one again. The drum performance is very good indeed. Nice job with the video, whose "everyday" imagery contrasts agreeably with the music.

Good work :)

Allomerus,
Thank you for the music review(s)! Now your song: I tried watching the video, though I often have problems with youtube the first time I use it. I did see bits & pieces of the video without sound. Now I am listening to the mp3 without video. I think the song is much more interesting when the electric bass is playing: the bass gives the song more meaning, melody, groove, and beat, if that makes any sense. Audio quality is good. The intro sounds kind of creepy in a good way. The synths reminds me of Talking Heads. The piano reminds me of abstract 20th Century music. The guitar sounds fine. Drums are well played. The song is pretty trippy man! The army marching and person walking adds some interesting audio elements to the song. Cheers! :)
