I thought that Sampletank crashes Studio One when trying to play bigger sized instruments because it sometimes happens that I hear no sound or that sounds are delayed as if I had raised my buffer size.
But today I tried some effect sounds such as Fantasy or Horror. Studio One crashed instantly. Could someone please check if those are working for you.

What interface are you using and what are your buffer settings.DarkStar wrote: Tue Mar 05, 2019 3:49 pm ^^^^
Is there any / much difference if you try ST4 with the GUI closed?

I pre ordered back in december and mine is still 'in progress'dandezebra wrote: Tue Mar 05, 2019 4:01 pm Update - I just received an E-mail saying that my USB has shipped and that there were problems their FedEx system over the last week...Wow.

In My Orders on IK's website, the status changed to "SHIPPED" on 2/28 and shows a tracking number. Checking it since that day through today, Fed Ex website says "Scheduled delivery: Wednesday 3/06/2019 by end of day" BUT also has said since 2/28 through now "Shipping label has been created. The status will be updated when shipment begins to travel." But there's no other info or entries showing any progress for or movement of the package through the FedEx system.griffin wrote: Tue Mar 05, 2019 8:29 pmI pre ordered back in december and mine is still 'in progress'dandezebra wrote: Tue Mar 05, 2019 4:01 pm Update - I just received an E-mail saying that my USB has shipped and that there were problems their FedEx system over the last week...Wow.![]()
This happens when the shipper has created the label and FedEx gets the shipping info and creates a tracking number, but hasn't yet picked up the package and started moving it through its system.
So seems like mine is in limbo.
Anyone else?
P. S. Update: FedEx moved the deliver date back one week to 3/12, and, it shows the package was picked up today., so at least FedEx has it now and its in their pipeline on its way ... hopefully

Hello!
Have one problem when I use ST4 in Logic music project:
When I save project where I have st4 it is all ok, but when I close Logic and then open project again - the volume st4 is to low (in this time all other plugin in project work correctly). And I need to open plugin st4, found the sound - and only then it will be with normal volume..
Any body know how to fix this?
Thanks

I just found out that the fx sounds that caused Sampletank to crash were corrupted. I downloaded them from my account and replaced the files that I had installed from my USB stick.
It will be a tiresome process to go through all the sounds to make sure that no more files are corrupted...

Wow, are you saying that sounds you got on your USB stick were corrupted (specifically the FX ones) so you had to download them to get good, uncorrupted ones?Talvin wrote: Tue Mar 05, 2019 11:31 pm I just found out that the fx sounds that caused Sampletank to crash were corrupted. USB thumb drives are not the most robust technology we have. Stuff can happen to them.dbender wrote: Wed Mar 06, 2019 12:23 am Wow, are you saying that sounds you got on your USB stick were corrupted (specifically the FX ones) so you had to download them to get good, uncorrupted ones?

Yep. They are only for temporary transfer.rrichard63 wrote: Wed Mar 06, 2019 12:48 amUSB thumb drives are not the most robust technology we have. Microsoft's thumb drives they provided with Windows 10 retail boxes have been really flaky. I used one recently for a new build for my dad. And it too was also flaky. Would boot to the installation screen, could create partitions, then the installer didn't want to use those partitions to actually install Windows on!!
I fought with that for an hour or longer, then decided to make my own new thumbdrive installer. That one worked without issue.
Also, I had a brand new samsung flash that lost all the data on it, despite it being brand new and used properly. Flaky. Most times they are ok but it only takes one time of losing your data to be more cautious... and they weren't designed for long term storage I think.
I wouldn't recommend backup or long term file storage on thumb drives. Stick to spinning disks or network space, if you trust the net.

Love the plugin BUT, Dang. Why did they make the mixer so dark? It's hard to see what I'm doing.I like the color in general but it's too damn dark. Also these little "initialize" and "save as" type windows are stupid tiny.

My FedEx tracking number said it was going to be here tomorrow March 6th, but then I also got an email update from FedEx saying it's not going to be here until Monday. March 11th now...

About resizing: on a 1080 pixel screen in Windows 7 Professional, the standalone version is resizable if the font scaling is set to 100%. It is not resizable if the font scaling is set to 110% (or, I presume, any other percentage but I haven't checked any others).
