Generally, prominent odd partials are associated with this sort of sound. You can sure tell when he takes it down to the low notes.
Sounds like a square where volume and filter are modulated by (wind)pressure. Then there's some form of distortion, where more drive gives more distorion (and richness). Difficult to say how exactly, since there are so many distortion variants.
Might even be FM. Like a Yamaha DX7 which came out in 1983. FM became much loved (not just in Pop but also in genres like Jazz) because it can be very expressive. The DX7 also supports a breathcontroller. But it's not a Yamaha VL, since they came later in the early 1990's.
The trick is to get the richness/distortion and the modulation right. That is not only a challenge patch wise. The AKAI EWI Wind Controller gives an huge amount of dynamic control. Difficult to reproduce with keys or programming/automation.

Check out the video below. The floor in front of Mike Brecker is littered with pedals.....

I try to found the the famous Brecker's Lead sound, like a guitar: https://youtu.be/mFDTOgf3tB4?t=142
But I could't find it. Is there anyone, who found it?

Hey guys. Made an account to respond to this. I tried recreated this recording awhile back; sample recording here:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JsDGUvDk7SQ
I used Patchman Soundfonts, which you can find here: https://www.patchmanmusic.com/akaiEWI4000s.html (https://www.patchmanmusic.com/akaiEWI4000s.html)
It was #86 with some basic sound effects; EQ, a little distortion, a filter, and reverb + delay. I think it sounds pretty close, a little different, but I thought it sounded alright
Hope that helps.
