Update - I have received order numbers and information from some with regard to USB shipments. I noticed that in one case for some reason their status in "My Orders" had not updated but the USB version arrived so I'm checking on what may have happened in that case and whether that may be the case for others. Please let me know if you've received yours whether you've contacted me or not, if you'd like of course, and I'll continue to look into it.
Thank you and sorry for the delay, I'll keep digging in and/or getting the right people to keep digging into it.

And don’t forget waves! Lots of negativity and issues with breaking prior installations with their big v10 release. And although the NI stuff downloads and installs things automatically, I have had issues with it. Specifically if you have an older bundle and want to upgrade a single product that needs a newer version of Kontakt or Reaktor. Then you have to get the newer “player” verision and continue to use the older “full” version for other products - my IK experience certainly has not been worse than those... not bashing the other companies - I will continue to use the products I like from all three companies (and others)dandezebra wrote: Mon Mar 11, 2019 4:51 pm I know that all of the u-he, Arturia, and Native Instruments release threads look as negative as this one...![]()

My usb seems to be missing content, the patch cello falls short e2 key has no sound and if i try loading the c7 grand binaural patches it throws up an error saying it can't locate the C Grand binaural sustain.pak. Said file is not installed and neither is it on the usb, the samples folder on the usb is dated 1/03/19. I don't really know what i need to dl now and i don't want to have to dl loads of stuff, the whole reason i bought the usb is because i didn't want to have to dl. anyone else missing content on there usb's?

I just tried loading up "C7 Grand Binaural - Natural" which worked fine, then switched to "C7 Grand Binaural - Natural SE" and it caused Ableton Live 10 to stop responding after I pressed the first note. The key on the in-app keyboard on ST4 highlighted, but no sound was made, and it just locked up. Then had to kill the Ableton task.
Just tried that one with ST4 standalone and it worked fine. Then switched to "Red Strat Full Keyswitch" and ST4 standalone quit responding, and I had to kill it. The in-app keyboard had frozen up again. This never happens when I am working with smaller presets, but only with the instruments using large sample sets, like the C7 and the new guitars.

I'm not seeing those C7 Grand Binaural patches though...
Also, my standalone will not even start. Spinny cursor and lots of flashing!

I bought the USB too, I didn't have all the pianos from the USB. I don't think there was that much room left on the 256 flash drive. Mine was MAX version, and pretty maxed out as well.griffin wrote: Tue Mar 12, 2019 1:09 am My usb seems to be missing content, the patch cello falls short e2 key has no sound and if i try loading the c7 grand binaural patches it throws up an error saying it can't locate the C Grand binaural sustain.pak. Download and install the Additional Piano Instruments, and Additional Acoustic Piano Samples parts 1 - 10 files. 11 files there total, 23.8 GB.
I really did not need all the same ST3 files I already have backed up. IK could have put ALL just brand new ST4 samples/instruments/files on there, and had distinctly separate Windows/Mac versions. There was Mac filler on there I did not need.
And .DS_Store files everywhere, which are useless for Windows, and makes it a pita to compare file sizes sometimes.

Crash while loading Angels Noise patch. Worked again after ending task on FL 20.
Next crash was on Key Click For Multi. Seems to be not patch based.
I have made it through switching patches nine times max before getting a crash every time.
This sucks.

You mean even with Max USB, we still have to download missing stuff?
Are the C7 Binaural patches there too as I don't have them?

21.1GB freespace on the usb, seems like they left off those samples because it exceeds drive space, though i haven't seen any documentation saying we would need to download stuff because it wouldn't be on the drive. Perhaps it says so in the Installation and Authorization Manual but i can't open that file as it's corrupt and it doesn't seem to be on the siteShawnMH wrote: Tue Mar 12, 2019 2:48 am I bought the USB too, I didn't have all the pianos from the USB. Did you dl the sound library 1.2 update? Perhaps thats why i have the patches listed but not the samples. I didn't check out the piano stuff until after installing the 1.2 update.
