Basically, any synths doing granular synthesis can timestretch.

granular et c. may give you the timbre you're looking for, another option would be the pricey spectral processing synths (i don't own any of them so no clue.. iris??) that allow separation of pitch and spectrum. there was a freebie last DC but iirc it had some dependencies and i don't remember if it had porta.

you may havew some fun with my modulation sampler, element (waves took the name afterwards) which has two loop crossfade modes and bounce looping.. you can scan through the wave with a short loop for a cheesy timestretch effect, but it really excels for weirdness in bounce mode changing the loop position and length. features lacking in most stuff. my (also free) percussion sampler stoooner has a unique timestretch (fft single frame) you could use for preprocessing.
you come and go, you come and go. amitabha neither a follower nor a leader be tagore "where roads are made i lose my way" where there is certainty, consideration is absent.

I can't tell how I missed that option... Also couldn't the words Time or Stertch in the manual.... odd.
Well, thank you for insisting..! :)

Where can I find them? Element and Stooner?
Couldn't find them here:

Hello tried but it doesnt work, tried make same stuff, but the portamento seem is just a speed up of the voice, for example:
a sound of a talking guy of 10 seconds if that 10 seconds have to follow the pitch of a midi track, it retrigger anyway on every different notes.
How to make that on many different notes it play the sample from start to finish instead of retrigger/restart everytime from the start on each note, and at the same time it follows the pitch...
Thanks

Turn "Stretch" on and turn "Density" to full, then with "Poly" off and "Porta" on, you'll have it. You also have to make sure you're overlapping the notes you're playing.
