You can try Lord of the Springs, which is a free Physical Modelling Synth developed by Taron. But the fundamental question is, are you looking for a free synth with presets for these instrument sounds or are looking to learn how to synthesize them? If it's the former, look at romplers or sampler based synths.Nena2 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 18, 2019 10:49 pm I am looking for free instruments that replicates real instruments.
So far I've downloaded something called Dexed. It is a replica of the Yamaha DX 7 that we used to have in the house.
But I miss the sounds from the real instrument. I found no extra sounds for Dexed.
Is there a list of free software replica of real instruments ?
Only 64bit please.
I also want drums and acoustic instruments.
Thank you
Other wise, as @Ranoka said, Triple Cheese is a great place to start learning to synthesis real instruments. And as Ranoka mentioned, go through the list of synths used in the OSC and the tracks made with them. The "realness" of the sounds ultimately comes down to the skill of sound designer and not always the synth itself.
