Poetic Guitar II doesn't work any more in Reaper 5.80

Hello!

I used Poetic Guitar 2 without any issues - until now.
I use Reaper and when I load PG2 into the FX channel and play a note, Reaper immediately
mutes the track and reports an extremly high peak.
I downloaded and re-installed but that didn't solve the problem...

My PC (all updates done):
Windows 10 64bit
Reaper 5.80
Motu Ultralite-mk4

Please help!!!

I don't think they'll do an update.
