To all AIR AIEP complete owners - please help me confirm these issues

Hello sbangs, very happy to see you reply here.sbangs_air wrote:Hi Mario
Unfortunately, you did not allow us to fully assist you before making this post. Please rest assured we are not ignoring you. We requested you give us a call which you declined.
I am sorry to hear you're having these issues, we have evaluated this and will add it to be patched.
This appears to affect a very small part of the content. Users, for the most part, tend not to extensively use this part of the library which is why it might not have been picked up on before. Apologies for the inconvenience we will update you as soon as possible.
Actually, let me disagree on the fact that "I did not allow you to fully assist me": days before posting here I reported a lot of times - on AIR forum AND by email to sales, that I couldn't even get a support code because the form hangs after submitting product registration details.
So I could not use your support system as a matter of fact. I never got any feedback about this specific issue that, in practice, prevents any interaction since you request a support code but you aren't seemingly able to provide one. Nor I got any technical feedback about the other issues.
Also, I got a reply in the forum by your employee Bill R., he just ended up suggesting to contact support, and he vanished after that, even though I provided in the meanwhile further information showing that the issue is not system dependent.
I declined to make a phone call because I am in Italy and a phone call to UK or Germany would cost a lot.
I am fully available for email and chat (Skype) interaction.
However, the most important thing is that I know you are aware and you still intend to give support.
Thanks a lot for that and looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Mario

I managed to extract and use the Transfuser loop I was missing.
Structure does not seem to have such a simple structure, no rx2 files; there are .patch files which have crippled content in some parts.
And, the ".big" content files in Structure don't open in 7zip (Transfuser ".big" files do)
So, no easy way to use the loops in Structure out of Structure...

I've programmed the patch which is fixing this issue, here it is: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AsYb8I46a_o2gd4XlTh6PmOxZ6KBTQ (https://1drv.ms/u/s!AsYb8I46a_o2gd4XlTh6PmOxZ6KBTQ)Don't forget to change category from Factory to User in Transfuser after patching as now all instruments are there.
I hope it will help, cheers!

Its not possible to open a ticket on your webpage, but a lot of folks including myself are unable to install any air software due to a faulty net dependency.
It is hardcoded to a version you can’t install on a newly installed and updated windows 10. I’ve mentioned this on the air support forum several times, and although staff has confirmed nothing has happened in 6 months. I more or less consider air plugins abandonware now.
