Has anyone reached out to PA support for clarification on all of this mess?

ChannelX was always a bit of a mess because you can essentially upgrade in both directions.

As of 2300 BST the product page states that ChannelX consists of 3 plugins plus the container. The RRP is $199 which seems par for the PA course, and $29 (let alone $4, if you have a voucher) is a steal.

As I stated earlier, I've had all 3 for a couple of years, and the container has always been a paid extra.
Obviously, MMHV (My Mileage has Varied :D ).

I bought Channel X. Only the main channel strip plugin is included when I look at my account. Can’t complain for $4. Seems like a steal to me.

I agree. They stole three plugs from me this morning.
ChannelX for $29 is a great price regardless. :phones:

I also bought Channel X :) Awesome. What is even more awesome: the plugins can be turned on/off in that shell. Also bought the Engl amp sim, not bad.

At the end of the day its caveat emptor and "all product information subject to change at any time". I bet its in the TOS. After you wipe your eyes go play with your new $4 plugin - its easily worth 20x that. :phones:

Whatever man. I just posted what happened here. PA changed the product page and offer multiple times in the last 24-48 hours. I got caught in the middle of it and although ultimately I really don't care... I continue to be careful with PA. I don't know if shady is the right term but they seem to stretch things from time to time. I wouldn't spend any considerable money with them because of that.

And now we'll do the headphone thing :phones:
You're right, it's just that I don't know of anything that is honorable or honest these days.

Frankly, I haven't bought anything from them in a LONG time. More than one reason, but part of it is because I have everything I wanted from them. Sales, sales sales, that is what they do. The market place is saturated with PA stuff.
