Something about the drums seems off, the half-time feel gives it more of an embellished hip hop vibe than dnb, not sure if this was intentional. With this style, you need a lot more variation in the drum programming to keep it interesting, seems like the drums just loop without much in the way of fills.
Doesn't seem to transition well between sections, just seems to be dropping something out, adding an old element back in and this feels like it's done to reduce repetition rather than for any purpose to the arrangement. Try using a reference track to see how similar tunes ebb and flow, even for laid back tracks you need some dynamic movement to stop "chill" becoming "dull".
