Are you sure? It doesn't work for me even with VPN from various locations. Also a couple online website checker sites says it doesn't exist.

Either his server is down or he's exceeded his bandwidth with his service provider. I've had this problem in the past myself. If you're able to reach the site it's probably because it's loading your cache. Clear it and I'll bet dollars to donuts that you won't be able to reach it afterwards.

With my internet connection, arguably the best in the world, if I can't get to the site, the site's down.

If you can bring up the page, consider yourself extremely fortunate.
