Hi Guys,
Do you have any ideas how can i recreate these type of pluck?The pluck synth sounds to easy but no matter what i've tried i can't recreate it.

Maybe you mean the Chiff or Percussion on the front of the Organ sound.

A Hammond B3 (and therefore any of the emulators) had a Percussion (or thump) sound that could be added to the start of the note to give it more thrust. That is what I hear here.

If you have a B3 emulation then turn that on/up.

If you are using a synth then it is initially additive: add Sine waves at higher octaves and 5ths to get the body of the sound then either:

a) use the Filter Env to create a sharp but small peak on the Attack (A=0, D= 1, S=0, R=1). This creates the brighter chiff of a pipe organ. if you can mix in a bit noise at that point it helps too.
b) same as above only use the Amp Env instead so the sound is just a tiny bit louder at the start (A=0, D= 1, S=9, R=1)
c) if you have a spare OSC (or another synth to layer) then you can make a short unpitched complex thump using a combo of Sine, Noise and maybe Filtering.
