Ha ha ! It is the inverse...
My collection IS referenced and included in the DX Sysex website.
In the page that you cited above, just below the banner you can see a list on three columns. I'm in the second column.
But oddly they have removed some of my directories to make their own version of my zip file. So I highly recommend to take the original, the one which is on my web space, directly linked from Dexed's website at the section "Cartridge Manager
". For example, precisely they have removed my directory AViC, among others!!! And yet, the AViC collection is now in the Public Domain (even other famous freeware compilations include it on the web) so should not have been removed. So... the best is to take the original of my zip file, simply passing by Dexed's Website
, so you are sure to have it comprehensive.

I was wondering because browsing the collection, there are some banks that aren't on there. Like the AViC series (the Shofuku roms, specifically) among others.
The AViC banks ARE in my collection. When you open the zip file, if in the zip file you see the directories sorted alphabetically you'll find:
- AViC <<<
- Big Mamma
All the AViC collection is in this directory. The comprehensive AViC collection was a collection of 6 banks (2 sysex files each bank, so 12 sysex files), 3 banks (6 sysex files) being from Shofuku, 1 bank (2 sysex files) being from Minoru Mukaiya, 1 bank (2 sysex files) being from Ryuichi Sakamoto, and 1 bank (2 sysex files) being famous sounds from TOTO. These 6 AViC banks were numbered as this:
- KV-01 Shofuku Part 1
- KV-02 Shofuku Part 2
- KV-03 Minoru Mukaiya
- KV-04 Ryuichi Sakamoto
- KV-05 TOTO
- KV-06 Shofuku Gaiden
They all are there, in the zip file. If in the zip file you see the directories sorted alphabetically, the full AViC collection is here in the directory AViC just at the top of the list as soon as you open the zip file, just after Aminet, just before Big Mama.
Oh, and... for all the DX7 lovers, I add the precision that this collection is of course compatible not only with Dexed but also with all the DX7 emulations (Arturia, etc.) which are able to read these original OP-6 sysex files. In fact the only thing to do is to unzip it.
Thanks a lot for your support about my health. As it is a huge bone marrow disease it will be very long to totally recover... if I totally recover one day. But the last analyses made a few days ago begin to be good five months after the autograft. New punctures after new punctures I see that the results grow better. I feel like a shipwrecked who sank very deep but comes back slowly to the surface, hopefully. So... my wife and I we have good hope to see the worst days now behind us.
