The description sounds a wee bit like 'sub boom bass'. I bet it'll be a game changer anyway.

Hey Aloysius!
It's Dan here from Wave Alchemy. I hope all is well.
BASSYNTH is actually very different to Sub Boom Bass in many ways. The main one being that 4 Voice slots (or oscillators if you will), can load any one of over 800 multi-sampled and beautifully designed Sound Sources, which have been recorded in some of the best studios in the world. In addition, it does include Wavetables (scannable) too (200 of them - which can also be loaded into any of the 4 Voices). But what we're most excited about with this project is most definitely the diverse and powerful library of multi-sampled sounds, and the way that any 4 Sources or Wavetables can be mixed / blended and morphed to create very creative and organic patches.
It's a bit of a long read, but you can read the Sound Source list below, which lists all of the instruments used in the creation of BASSYNTH:

Here's a quick audio demo to give you an example:
http://www.wavealchemy.co.uk/demos/Part ... spense.wav
This is just a single BASSYNTH preset. A Live Brass ensemble, Analogue Synth & Deep 808 Sub are blended together in one instance of BASSYNTH - using 3 of its 4 Voices. Other than that, I just used unison on the synth Voice only, and some modulation.

Thanks!
Absolutely! It's important for us to reward and take care of our existing customers. It's something we've always done and will continue to do. And so, as with other major product releases, we will be providing a special discount to those who own previous WA products. As well as an intro price that will be available to all.
And... We will also be giving away a Moog Sub 37 Tribute Edition analogue synth to one lucky person, who will be chosen at random from the first 1,000 people who purchase BASSYNTH

Indeed, sounds promising!

The Disk space needed will be 10GB. There's close to 20GB of (uncompressed) material included, but with compression the disk space needed is approx 10GBHi Dan.
