Finally watched this last night. I knew about the ending going in (and have some problems with it), so there was no big surprise for me, but the movie in general is odd enough to be enjoyable.

Today, I rewatched The Second Awakening of Christa Klages. It's good. I guess I should be glad that it is on a region 1 DVD at all, unlike my favorite Margarethe von Trotta movie, but, man, the image quality sucks. I hope these movies get restored someday.

going to see it ends, in about an hour.
dont really want to (not seen begins) but my friend pulled the "the missus is at work and ive got no one to go with" card grrr.
some bits better than others, but id say it's far from a good sign if you spend half the film trying to remember where you've seen various actors.

i did like pennywise though, wasnt sure i would, being of the age to remember tim curry back when the mini series was first shown, but they didn't ruin him at least :)

Viy (so-so except for the big finale, which is pretty good).

Rewatched Under The Skin. I enjoyed it more than the first time; this time the highlight for me was the camerawork.

It's a masterpiece imho, deeply disturbing and the ending is shocking

A Tale Of Two Sisters - lost interest after 40 minutes.

A Bittersweet Life - so-so.

Full Frontal - boring. The only reason I watched this was because of David Fincher's cameo.
