I’m looking for effects plugin that will let me stutter the audio in real-time ,
like for example key c will stutter the audio by 1/16, d by 1/12 and so on.

I like Stutter Edit but I prefer NI's The Finger for this kind of thing; it's got a better workflow imo:

IL gross beat. Was recently on sale at PB, maybe it still is
Draw curves or quantized steps, play it with midi, does time/pitch/buffer effects with one set of playable states and volume automation with another.
It’s quite comprehensive, and IMO a better workflow than stutter edit and more intuitive
Alternatively, playable stutter effects is one of the many things that Sonic Charge Permut8 can do

Anybody know how Glitch Bitch (Vengeance Sound) compares to these?
Also been eyeing Turnado from Sugar Bytes. But there are a lot of options out there.

Turnado, Gross Beat and now Byome and Triad can all do the glitch thing ... I like using Replicant2 also. If 32 bit is OK Novuzeits Motile & Kinetic Visual Replay are fun, as are Coldcutter and BeatFkr ...

It has some basic stutter sequencer but not even close to StutterEdit. The big issue is, back then when their forum still existed, they've promised to put midi triggering in to switch presets on the fly like in StutterEdit. Never happened as update and will never happen. Takes a lot of the fun and action out of it.

Ah, thanks. I vaguely thought I'd heard bad things about Vengeance Sound and customer care, but maybe this is what it was.

Thank you all for replies.
Some of those plugins look more advanced than what I need.
I just need the stutter/roll plugin to create 1/32, 1/64, 1/12 hihat hi hat rolls (stutters) in few places here and there.

+1 The Finger, it's 100% geared toward live play and the workflow is more suited for your requirements. Stutter Edit, while wonderful, is going to be overkill. The rest aren't as real-time.

Cableguys Shaperbox does this pretty effectively with the timeshaper.

I was very impressed with Turnado: https://sugar-bytes.de/en/turnado
