+1, Icarus have incredible morph modes.

MSoundFactory have a lot of morph modes too and a dedicated waveshaper oscillator : an oscillator with morph mode can be the input signal for the waveshaper oscillator and this waveshaper osc have morph modes too.....

I use Absynth with the Galbanum architecture waves. Old school.

DUNE3 can do waveshaping with appropriately designed wavetables.
