My guess is that your headphone connector or cable is faulty. If you are only hearing the stereo portion of the sound (i.e. it sounds insanely wide where center elements and vocals are mostly missing), likely one of the contacts on the TRS plug isn't making proper contact with the jack.

Suggestion: Try another pair of headphones with a different plug. If not, maybe your interface is faulty.

I’ve had this problem with my UR as well, it was a glitch in the plug or connector. Try pressing the TRS connector slightly to the sides or up/down.
