@sramsay Please note you are not allowed to use any paid for FX apart from Uhe ones! Fabfilter etc is not allowed. Please change that to avoid your entry being disqualified.

The usual rule on the OSC is only free 3rd party plugins allowed, but this time there is the exception that you can use Uhe commercial fx plugins, but apart from those any other fx must be DAW fx or free 3rd party fx.

Now Ozone Elements 8 is free, can we use it on our OSC tracks??? We have been able to use the Ozone Imager for a while, but we could now get our mastering chain up to scratch …

If so, 2 days to re-do my mastering!!!

The Ozone Elements is only temporarily free, right? That might be the catch.

Free for a week or so - but then, I suspect it'll get withdrawn as Elements 9 appears as a paid for.

Freeware that has expired or will expire soon?... to expire or not to expire, that’s the question

Good question, I think not but who knows. Maybe “easily available” requirement is the catch?

Sorry! I withdrew it. It would take me several days (at least) to re-EQ that piece with REAPER's stock EQs and limiters.

Looks a waste to me, you can keep it, accept to be disqualified, then you will surely not win,
but you can get feedbacks and votes at least, my 2c.

Every sounds are from Uhe's TyrellN6 synthesizer. Here is 17 instances.
Daw is Cubase Pro 8
Daw plugs: Standard EQ, Revelation reverb, RoomWorks SE reverb, PingPongDelay
3rd plugs: Ozone Imager, Limiter 6

not sure I'll make the deadline, but in case I do... one more question concerning rules. Would a tiny bit of Diva's on-board phaser & a sprinkling of u-he's satin be considered ok for this challenge?

You can only use one synth. If you're using Diva as your synth, then you can use as much of the on-board effects as you want, including phaser and chorus etc! The rules limiting pitching/modulation effects are for external effects.

Yes, this round only you can use the U-he commercial effects like Satin and Presswerk

(It says that in the first post).

I'm finishing the last details of my entry

I was going to ask an easy way to list of list all vst used in the project, instead of going on each track looking, but I just found it, so I write it here in case is useful for somebody else:
If you are using Reaper, pressing Control+B opens Project Bay, and there is a tab called FX that easily list all the VST!

Maybe it was obvious, but I just discovered it. Seems pretty handy for OSC's
