Do I have the wrong setting? Or is it really so bad? For me Kontakt sounds very bad with time stretching samples. Is it the same for you? What's sampler is the best thing in this field at the moment?

It’s a bit spotty in anything but time machine pro (which is kind of resource heavy). Time machine 2 works really well when it works, but when it picks the wrong grain size it can sound extremely unpleasant . I like all 3 for strange effects, but I only use TM pro for actual time stretching where I only want to change the speed as transparently as possible.

Both TM2 and TM Pro are actually Elastique 2 and Elastique 3 in disguise.
