Really enjoyed this piece. Nice fusion of different elements, with very good use of the stereo field, and depth (Harder to achieve). I also really appreciate both the space in which you placed the drums (Reverb-wise), and the fact that you resisted the temptation for it to become a bombastic dance track (Not all Kick drums need to be felt 
). Sometimes a rhythm part can be just that - a rhythm part. And unless you are specifically intending your track to be a club dance track, there's nothing wrong with beats just being a balanced part/feature of the soundscape.
