im assuming for sequencing you're looking at standalone? like the key step or some such?

The modules in the first phase are only FX, however I do indeed already have a Beatstep Pro.

You can use one of the Expert Sleepers modules for sidechaining, and to provide control voltage for modulation - at least non-audio-rate modulation.
That's is my clever (and possibly naive) plan to avoid buying modulation modules in eurorack...when I get into eurorack hehehe.

Sidechain ducking. What do I need?
