My new one. Sounds and plays great. Still think I need to bump up from 9's to 9-46 though.

My #1 acoustic: 2013 Martin OM-21; Good for both strumming and picking.
My #1 electric: 2010 'Inspired By John Lennon' Casino, the sanded down version. They're discontinued, andI see people flogging these for wayyy more than they cost new, and I'd say they'd be worth it. Does everything from 'Revolution' to jazz.

It just occurred, this is like picking your favourite offspring.
Each one has their own special qualities, and all are loved equally.

Currently trying to turn noise into music. Is boutique the new old?

My electric reach-for would be the Johnny Marr Jag, or the PRS Custom 24-08 ... both can do everything better than I can! Like was said earlier, the Parker Fly ought to come out more though ...

Mine is an amber Epiphone Nighthawk, the classic slant-bridge, cranked SC mid, mini-HB neck configuration (with coil tapping). For some reason truss rod cover says Gibson.
Pro - You can play the bridge pickup in either mode through anything and it will sound great. The middle pickup can sound really cool in the right settings. Most settings can sound really good. I like the feel and vibe.
Con - It's actually wired wrong. The position which is supposed to be bridge/neck single coils is actually a cutoff.

as good a place for that as any, the strat (my warmoth) is my number 1 but that is so long ago it still had a single coil (not wired) in it.
I found this pic and there is that fender blues jr amp I had and of course the boogie before the changes I made.

Ooh! Cool axe, Hink! I always wanted to build a Warmoth, but never quite got around to it. They had a reputation for really high quality.
...Ah. Looks like they're still in business. It may not be too late. Is it just me, or are the prices a lot higher than they used to be, even adjusted for inflation?

Very warm and gracious guy. Got to meet him a few times. I knew his bud and somtimes jamming partner Jimmy Vivino, (who went on to play in Conan's house band). Met them both through Jimmy's brother Floyd. Some of you may remember the Uncle Floyd show.T.W. Doyle
One of the characters from that show used to jam with me and my buds and Floyd and crew would often show up at my friends record store Looney Tunes in Wayne, NJ.
Jimmy and Tom played in store several times.....two massively talented pickers!
The store owners went on to form the band Dramarama with Blondie drummer Clem Burke. They didn't take off in the States but became huge in France for a time.
Anyways......sorry to go so off topic! I have way too many guitars but, like the OP, I often gravitate towards my Hagstrom. It's an FP-200 set neck, P-90's, trem....kind of like the bastard love child of an SG, (also play my SG a lot!), and a Strat. This is someone else's but mine's identical.

Then there's the acoustics....at home I mostly play my Eastman E20SS. But live is another story.
My main live acoustic guitar is a strange beast. It's like the b@stard love child of an Ovation and a Les Paul. It's a rare Dillion model. It has both a standard LP type humbucker AND a piezo...and seperate outs for each. I run the 'bucker out to a '56 Fender Vibrolux and the piezo out to a BBE Acoustimax preamp which helps tame that typical piezo "quackiness". That goes into a Carvin AG-200 acoustic amp. And THEN I have a Fishman Triple Play MIDI pickup and layer atmospheric synth sounds with both pickups.

Picked up my RWG450 at the pawn shop I sold it to a few years back.
Super thin fast neck, 24 frets. Low action without fret buzz. Not a standard semi hollow body, The center block is limited to just the stop tailpiece and bridge. Ergo more jazzy less mid punchy. The Epi Joe Pass is taking a rest till January. Going to have some major work done. Open up the slots on the nut and lower them a bit, replace tailpiece with a fingered one. Replace tone and volume pots and possibly swap out the tuners with locking ones (because I'm lazy when it comes to string winding)
