Been watching video walkthroughs, and I'm pretty impressed. Seems very clearly laid-out, and simple-to-use. At that price, i's like buying a great set of impulses and getting the plugin for free.
This is a great walkthrough. And a great tip/bonus he mentions is that the piano is free (Kontakt & SFZ):

FoG is more a creative effect; 7th is more a realistic space. Complementary.

Yes, this is really a very nice piece of software. The best thing about it is, you can import your own samples to craft your very own reverb character that noone else is going to have, as shown in this video:el-bo (formerly ebow) wrote: ↑Wed Nov 13, 2019 9:57 pm Been watching video walkthroughs, and I'm pretty impressed. So you don´t actually need any 3rd party impulses, this thing was designed to be creative

It's a great feature, but not so unique. I know Diego Stocco does something similar with Live's convolution reverb, and I've been doing it for a while, dragging audio files into in Logic's Space Designer. Certainly, if you don't own anything that already does this, it can be a really fun rideenCiphered wrote: ↑Wed Nov 13, 2019 10:05 pmYes, this is really a very nice piece of software. For me, I'm interested in the included library. Also, to have a convolution that is independent of a daw, so it can be used for cross-platform work

using wavs (which can actually be derived from any file at all - eg word doc headers) in convolution has been around for a long time. Not sure when Sound Forge came out, but it had a convolution engine from the start that allowed import of wav files. Must be 20 years ago. IFog Convolver looks pretty good, I already have Liquidsonics Reverberate which does the same thing and more, but if I did not I would pick up Fog convolver at this sale priceenCiphered wrote: ↑Wed Nov 13, 2019 10:05 pmYes, this is really a very nice piece of software. I have reverberate as well as this for my convolution needs. Fog is easier to use and more pleasing on the eyes. Reverberate is a lot more complex but I usually don't need it.

the easier to use had me tempted but I quickly did a compare of Reverberate and the Fog Convolver demo and I'm used enough to Reverberate to not notice much of a problemdandezebra wrote: ↑Thu Nov 14, 2019 3:09 am I have reverberate as well as this for my convolution needs. Thanks! Definitely more convenient as a torrent download. And there are other libraries, alsoThe Noodlist wrote: ↑Sat Nov 16, 2019 9:57 amAn alternative download location.el-bo (formerly ebow) wrote: ↑Wed Nov 13, 2019 9:57 pmThis is a great walkthrough. That piano is good. Easily among the best free libraries for a grand. It's a small grand, sounds less heavy and may sit better on songs that don't call for that majestic concert hall vibe.

This is one of my top 5 plugins. I use it on every mix, usually more than one instance.
One thing I've been enjoying is using it as vocal track send and loaded with acoustic guitar convolutions. Pick one convolution where I like how it's sounding. The voice can sound all kinds of muffled and boxy like a speaker was in the acoustic cavity. Then blend to taste.
Anyhow, I love love love this plugin and all it brings to my mixing.

How does this compare with "ReaVerb" that is included in Reaper ?
