That's great. Now that you're talking about future, and repeating myself again... Any plans on recreating some modern fuzzes with a twist, such as the Fuzz Factory?

Thanks for considering it! I guess it should be fairly easy to find info and schematics. It is a very popular item in the pedal cloning world. In fact, I was tempted to buy a kit from www.musikding.de/The-Factory-germanium-fuzz-kit and build one myself. This fuzz is famous for its crazy self oscillation features and also for being one of the signature sounds of the band MUSE throughout the years.

AO, I've been a pretty harsh critic of you in the past. Mainly for your wonky business practices. But it seems that you've got that mostly straightened out now. I've gotta tell you, these sound really good! Thank you. I've been working on an Amp Sim plugin myself and after using these I realized that it has a long way to go.

Thank you for the free guitar pedals! Just downloaded and anxious to fire them up!

Hi,

Thanks for your words.

To be honest, you words that you said before, not got me angry. You were right! And that's why i improved myself and company. I know that i still have something missing about company but plugin world is really big and i believe that i will "fix" what i'm doing wrong...

My 3rd year in developing and still learning and improving coding for better plugins.

Now, AO plugins have less bugs and more features.

I hope that i will make AO plugins "top notch".

Thanks.

These pedals seem to be highly regarded and top quality, also in Spain.
Another builder.

having problems with one (or both) of the stereo channels not working upon loading the plugins.
also they often leave a constant spike of volume on the chains VU meters in ableton 10.
anybody experienced any of that?

I applaud your attitude Tunca and I'm looking forward to trying AO's new offerings :tu:

Vst3 version is causing constant extreme volume spikes in Cubase 10, the channel meter overloads to the max. It's so bad that no sound is heard from the daw at all.
Happens everytime, with all 4 free plug-ins. Restarted a couple of times, tried out different things but no success.
So i deleted them. Never saw this happen with any plug-in, very weird stuff.
More BPM please

Hmm, never noticed that issue and no one reported. Thanks for warning. Will check...

Are you on Windows or Mac? Yesterday I had the chance to test the four free VST 3 plug-ins on my studio computer (Windows 10 1909 with Cubase 10.0.50 and RME RayDat sound card), and didn't experience the issue you describe, so it may be system specific. (Edit: Could your problem be related to what is described here?: www.steinberg.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=286&t=173425)

I noticed, however, some weirdness when trying to bypass the plugins by using the host bypass button, so I had to switch them off instead. This is a common issue I've noticed lately with VST 3 plugins and some developers (PSP, TDR...), I don't know why.

The BlackShow is the more CPU demanding of the four but, performance wise, they are generally acceptable, moreover considering the quality we get.

Win7, Cubase 10. Dedicated pro audio workstation with RME Fireface UFX.

It has nothing to do with what's described in that link.

The plug-ins are not useable at all : as soon as i insert one of them the channel meter goes into full range and there's no sound anymore. The channel eq/analyzer shows a weird single line that's slowly moving downwards like some sort of glitch is happening. Cubase doesn't freeze, there's just no sound anymore. RME Totalmix shows a constant peak like some sort of extreme digital clipping occured. First time it scared the hell out of me, thought something was wrong in my set-up, so restarted my system, then everything worked fine until i tried inserting one of these plug-ins again.

Like i said : never have seen this before. And i use a lot of plug-ins.

No cpu related issue it seems, also tested in completely clean test project. Didn't notice anything weird happening in the cpu meter.

I appreciate the help, but unfortunately i's not the first time that Analog Obsession plug-ins cause problems, for many ppl. In fact i posted this issue here because on other forums ppl will only tell me that i should know better than to try AO plug-ins

VST3 Bypass switch missing in some TDR plug-ins is being worked on btw. Known issue. Don't know about PSP but they aren't the fastest when it comes to solving bugs.
More BPM please
