This had to be done, though I not really like HipHop these days because of those Penis/Boss/Gangsta-Lyrics.
Here's a stupid attempt to it as a sort of reaction to all this dickheadism... (right now german lyrics)

This is excellent and quite amusing! I love the epic production. The Rammstein-style vocals are very well done.

I would making the video funny instead of x-rated. Maybe it could go viral among German speakers.

now, the video hopefully will be funny and I'm afraid a bit x-rated - I found a very old, hilarious cartoon movie (which has to be inside, because it fits so well) and this was rated 18+ still - let's see..

I think this track has something for (almost) everyone. Dark vibes a-plenty, brassy bits, a choir, the HipHop beatz and great vocal delivery . All you need now is a 1965 Mercedes-Benz 600 to feature in the video.

I'm no automobile expert at all - the 1965 Mercedes-Benz 600 is funny. There are a lot cool new sporting, attrative cars these days, which also would have fitted for the klischee I guess

Edit: YouTube unfortunately deleted the video - was too much against their guidelines (though it was satirical)

Main thing here was this absolutely hilarious old cartoon porn by Disney (? was never cleár if they did it, because they possibly would have risked their jobs in 1928).
So I hope this can fit under x-rated 16 (when YouTube allows it) - so warnings
