In regards to the piano roll, here's another tip from the reaktor forum that David posted.

"You can try algorithmically entering notes into the piano roll by connecting stuff (LFOs etc) to the Record Position, Pitch and Gate input ports too"

Yeah it's fun watching the notes fly around!

There are so many possibilities for this, you can even feed stuff back into these inputs (or use any audio) for some glitchy MIDI effects.
