Omnisphere/Trillian Updates

I'm attempting to do some updates to Spectrasonics Omnisphere and Trillian. After I launch the updater package, it locates the STEAM library, but then it keeps saying “waiting for volume to be inserted”. I have no idea how to respond to that message.

Are you launching the updater package from the .rar file? All files must be extracted to a directory. Then you can launch the updater.

The download from Spectrasonics was a zip file. I unzipped it first.
