I'm going to modify my list, the first one was a bit too long.

DUNE - ultimate sound quality but not always the most user friendly
THORN - far more than the sum of its parts and very easy to work with
PIGMENTS - incredibly broad sonic palette and ultimate ease-of-use
APARILLO - out there in amazing ways
TRK-01 Play (Bass) - quick, easy and surprisingly versatile

The thing that struck me when I stopped to think about the question is that I definitely favour ease-of-use over anything else. There is little point having the best sounding synth in the world if you can't get it to sound the way you want it to without it driving you to distraction.
