Ive tried the standalone version. Its not bad but it got some oddities and such, but perfectly useable.

Cant get this to work in any DAW i have.is there some kind of quirky means to get it to be recognised in a DAW.there are DLL's,but they either dont show up under scans or there is no sound out of it(the VST3)

Having zero issues with it in Tracktion Waveform. Working great. Which DAWs have you tried, TIMT?
Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and even Deezer, whatever the hell Deezer is.

Sad, it doesnt work in flstudio. Standalone is fine.

I found it useable but not very exciting. I removed it quite quickly. The best free Juno emulation I know of is TAL U-NO-62

This is quite different beast - Roland Alpha Juno.
Apologies. My knowledge of hardware is appalling. Might this be useful? It gets good reviews.
