I'm looking for a MIDI Controller with a similar key depth and feel like of Yamaha PSR andTyros.
currently have NI Kontrol A61 and S61, both have very "deep" key press depth, almost like hammer weighted depth, I have hard time making music with keys like these.
I need something with very shallow key depth.
so far yamaha psr series and tyros series have the most perfect key feel for me , but they're [expensive] arrangers and are too thick to fit under my desk

At some point I measured this movement on my keyboards, since I felt one was much longer.
It turns out they all had 10mm movement. So that wasn't it at all.
Piano, organ, the different synths - seemed like standard.
So the one I felt was longer, had no velocity curve, so felt I really had to hit rock bottom before higher velocities. I wished for a curve to choose from on that one.
Just an idea - see if it's about feel of that sort - apply a curve that fits your playing.
There are plugins that let you apply a curve if keyboard does not have that option.
