Nice.... and weird in a GOOD way.

Though I haven't tried it myself I'm pretty sure TRanz8igh4 from Everything Turns fits the bill.

It's described as "a Dynamic Improvised Analog Percussive Loop Generator (Drum Machine) that thinks it's a Didgeridoo". :o Also there's the sequencer jammer which seems slightly insane:
The sequencer jammer is used to alter the order of the sequencer steps and is split into two parts. (improvise and intercept)
The Jammer adheres to a complex equation based on the fundamental laws of physics, (if you nick something from somewhere you have to put it back somewhere else) Otherwise the whole universe would disappear from existence and I would have waisted my time designing it. (not good)
£14.00 GBP in itself, and there's also some bundles with other wacky (non percussive) stuff.

Boscomacs Hangdrum ensemble: Hanky Tank

http://boscomac.free.fr/?p=hankytank

Not so much weird as just not a kick, snare, hihat etc. Adds nice tonal colour to a rhythm part.

This guy has some amaxing looking stuff, including percussion modeling

BIG +1 :tu:
Love this set. Not sure I would call it a pure hangdrum though. Maybe a 'poorman's hangdrum'? It definitely has found a place with me and still has a different character, from say, the Soniccouture PanDrum set (which I'm just waiting for a sale to grab). And Soniccouture just added a 'Konkrete' set of percussion too that may fit the idea of 'weird percussion'.
Yeah, HankyTank is not so much 'weird' but definitely worth the download.
(And the Soniccouture are for Kontakt, not Reaktor.)

Given that "weird percussion" can arguably mean that distinctions and definitions about what constitutes "percussion" and what doesn't can get blurry (I'd say it's mostly about envelopes and sequencing), here's some ensembles that seem percussive to me, as well as great examples of Reaktor's unique perc-y powers, and some that I've tweaked up for reposting the UL from the original posts from the device creators:

A few from other posters (there's SO much more…):

The NI blog often has great lists, like this one—def. some percussion in there:

newschool is weird enough from the factory library

Clonetonic

Great for weird and conventional

Old thread but still fun to dig up some Reaktor goodness.
I always liked the grooveboxes in teh Factory library, particularly Limelite, Krypt, Sinebeats

And yeah, gentleclockdivider's stuff is cool (clonetronic maker):

Get the Ironhead Suite, and M-Theory/Dualism

Dualism is a dual arpeggiator you can use to
play the percussion content of Ironhead, and Ironhead Spawn
has 13 mini-plugins for bonk, ding, whack etc

The synths and effects are also worth using.

The Bosomac page above has some other good
perc related items
Cheers

This is more tank than hang, methinks
