Uhbik V2.. hmm.. maybe it's a bit fallen under the radar or I missed it
Uhbik-P is only available as part of the complete bundle, right?

Oops, that’s correct, i have beta, which i believe any owners of v1 can get but not everyone. Sorry, space is the place!
For those who can get it, it’s quite nice.
Another unobtanium phase shifter was my old Reaktor made one. I bet there some good ones in the UL.

Yes, it does “classic 4” and yeah it’s a bundle. Lot’s of great fx.
Hopefully it will be an official release soon.

Nah, all good, the more people who know about it, the more feedback we get from the alpha versions

I've been waiting for a post just like yours, a man testing Mikron against BigRock.4damind wrote: ↑Wed Feb 26, 2020 12:43 pm Sometimes you have to bite the bullet.
Bigrock is the only plugin where I am still willing to get it working somehow, for example with jBridge. If there is a real alternative, that would be great.
That's why I always like to test everything that's new. I'm testing the 112dB Mikron Phaser (a Smallstone emulation!) right now.
Sounds good but there is a lot missing from the implementation. No host synchronization (!), Afaik no L/R phase offset etc. It seems that the developers often do not test their own plugins...
I'd write 112dB, about the extra things which they could implement.
One thing in particular, which I wrote to the ArtsAcoustic guys about, back in 2009, is a cool mod, which hardware SmallStone owners often do, a row of led lights to crudely show where in the phase the phaser actually is. Helps to "play" the phaser, the way Jarre did, particularly for Equinoxe 2.
That would be a cool addition to Mikron as well.
Sound-wise, what's your take on this vs BigRock vs others. Is it as creamy and full-bodied?

Adam Szabo's Phazor has this, and, yeah, it's really helpful. Not sure why other devs don't implement that.HunterKiller wrote: ↑Thu Feb 27, 2020 6:56 amI've been waiting for a post just like yours, a man testing Mikron against BigRock.4damind wrote: ↑Wed Feb 26, 2020 12:43 pm Sometimes you have to bite the bullet.

Yeah - uhbik-p and uhbik-a are my most used from the bundle. (Which I didn’t expect at all when i bought it when alpha 2.0 was available). The new verb algo is super soft and sweet.CrystalWizard wrote: ↑Wed Feb 26, 2020 8:14 pm Updated Uhbik to v2 and the Uhbik-P is even more awesome than before, which i already commented on 2 yrs ago.

To the 112dB Mikron Phaser... The good thing is a VST3 versionHunterKiller wrote: ↑Thu Feb 27, 2020 6:56 amI've been waiting for a post just like yours, a man testing Mikron against BigRock.4damind wrote: ↑Wed Feb 26, 2020 12:43 pm Sometimes you have to bite the bullet.

The sound is definitely analog and has this body. It sounds not as aggressive as the Bigtone, the resonance of the Allpass Filter is rather soft. But I like it better than e.g. the Fix Phaser.
Stereo width can be adjusted with the Phase button. Middle is mono and left and right affects the L/R offset.
I already mentioned the missing host sync and this is the only really missing function for me.
Nice would be an option to adjust the resonance e.g. by a feedback parameter to have a more aggressive sound similar to the Bigrock.

I like the Soundhack Phasor. Free and sounds fine. Bluecat BC Phaser is another fine freebie.
