manually doesnt really take that long, a few minutes

I haven't created a bank with NanoHost so I'm not even sure how that part of it works, but it's free:

You could use Jeskola Buzz with my vst loaders, also supports x64 plugins and has an organizer for fxb/fxp files.

Thanks guys. I did it with Minihost. Very easy! You just need to use the 32bit version of the VST you want to manage the banks and presets! ;)
