The midi might be a bit off on the 2nd half because there's too much other stuff going on.
All it is is a supersaw low-pass it a bit. Into distortion. Into OTT
Add some clicky pitch envelope if you want it to the attack and play with different types of distortion till you get something you like.
put an EQ before the distortion and OTT and notice how much the character of the sound changes when you boost/cut frequencies.
