Sorry to bother you yet again with more dabblings.
Third in the series of "C"

This time a recording of some 15 minutes of noodling with iPulsaret; what a magnificent tool!
Accompanied by two pigment string sounds; and that's it basically

New mastered mix

I'll get out of your ears now.......

Bleakness. In fact, it was very unsettling.

There is a small "pop" in the audio at 5:09

Good work :)

Cheers man; bleakness and unsettlement was my goal, so glad to hear that came across.
I'll fix that pop this week, thx

I do worry though if the balance with the strings is befitting. I'm not much of a chord players, just go by ear.

Post

never mind. I did a brand new master of the entire track.....

I think the strings are fine sitting in the background. They provide a steady "anchor" to the piece, or a point of reference whilst the virus is reproducing in the foreground.

Now I have to try and figure out what you meant by infactitious. Factitious is interesting enough, but when we take into account "conspiracy" theories and other similar factors, the scenarios are limitless

Now I have to go and watch "The Andromeda Strain" again

PS. This is no longer classifiable as "pop" music.

Good work :)

well thats creepy :o
like little virii breeding in a petri dish.

the strings do give a sense of the old being destroyed by the new. lets hope this is not some precognitive thing you got going on :scared:

I like to to play and jumble with words. Your “conspiracy” reference definately was something that was part of the thoughts behind it. Also infatuous love, as the spreading goes berserk at one point. We know so little of what is happening, yet many imply to know lots whilst in fact we stand before a ‘new’ future.
Good work :)
Thanks, it is reassuring where at first I had my doubts

Aye, creepy qualifies this unsettling piece.
lets hope this is not some precognitive thing you got going on :scared:
What is precognitive here isn’t as much what you imply. What I am finding is the ease with which the latest three tracks are coming out of my fingers. I clearly see where the bundle of tracks is going towards to, hence the C series reference.
Which is rather strange given I’ve only just re-started creating music again.

So, sorry to scare you’s. But this simply needs to get out of my system

vurt's description says it all...
I also find it bleak and think the strings are a good addition.
The interlude is very peaceful. Celm before the storm...
Well done! :)
