Korg Collection (V2.0 released, GUI update!)

I downloaded the Wavestation v2.0.2 update from Korg ID and it seems t show the correct version. FWIW i deinstalled the old version before installing the new one.

Didn't work for me. I uninstalled / reinstalled - and while the actual software was updated, and shows v2.0.2 in the 'about' screen... Korg Software Pass still (incorrectly) shows 2.0.1.0 installed. The right version is installed and working, but Korg Software Pass is still borked.

Mac still shows 2.0.1.0 but PC shows 2.0.2 on mine.... on both i have installed WS 2.0.2 from id.korg account.

The answer is to UNINSTALL Korg Software Pass and forget it ever existed. You can still download, run, and use the right versions of the plugins very easily without it. In which case, why would anyone install it in the first place?

I generally shy away from installers like cord software pass, but I did install it a while ago and it had been working well, until now with reporting the current wave station version installed

It usually tells you when there is an update, since Korg doesn't.
And even when you log on to id.korg, it doesn't tell you what versions are the latest versions and a date of release etc.

Does Korg Software Pass on Mac still incorrectly show Wavestation 2.0.1.0 installed after restarting the computer after installing v2.0.2? (the installer says to restart before using the software)

Absolutely. I didn't bother to install it, as its unnecessary.

I just got a new Macbook, and MS20 and Polysix don't validate in Logic 10.5. Feh.

Korg Software Pass doesn't show anything for me except the name of the synth and "registered"! Oh and an add button. There is no version number, no update link, nothing else at all! But I won't spend even 5 mins with this!
Anyway, I updated them by going to Korg ID and downloaded them directly. I keep the old files, so I can know if the one downloading is updated or not.
