I am a new learner to read sheet music. I found Charlie Puth's one call away written in piano sheet and every note name (key name)is displayed. it is easy to see and improvise than the normal notation. I don't understand how to write that way. is there any app or vst specific for this notation? or any settings in notion to display note names in notation staff like the picture in the link below?

No, and I personally never saw it before.
Think these are like trainer wheels, for beginners only.

So bite the bullet, read sheet music more often and you'll get used to it.
One day you can do it without.

While I agree completely with BertKoor, I was just looking at a score program I can use on my laptop and while reading through the help pages I came across this and remembered reading this post-------

The program is musescore

Finale and Dorico also can do this, I think. You need to enable it in the settings.

What’s the ‘music theory‘ question?

Post

I would like to ask the op one question that is gonna seem very odd...when you look at an analog clock, do you need to read the numbers on the clock dial or can you just glance, see the position of the hands and automatically know?
The highest form of knowledge is empathy, for it requires us to suspend our egos and live in another's world. It requires profound, purpose‐larger‐than‐the‐self kind of understanding.
