That's the one, thought it had the same name, didn't recall Bass Terminal. Article was in FM or CM when I was lusting after the HW.
hope you didn't buy it, one of the worst synths ever. Sold mine back to the shop a week after I bought it.
No I didn't but at the time I forced myself to dream about owning the cheaper stuff, so it was Drum/BassStation I wanted to own. HW was well out of my reach.
I lost my heart in Cap de Creus

If nothing unexpected happens like someone finding one or multiple serious bugs we should be very close to a release of OBsession now while i don't know about a fixed date yet. I guess it might be just "release it when it's finished".

The release version should already include the AAX plugin and the NKS presets instead of adding them later in an update.

do we want a fresh start thread when it's released?

Its not up to me to decide this but i am quite sure that Richard from Synapse Audio wants to start a new thread when the plugin is released (maybe i or another tester might do it when he does not want to do it himself). When that happend it indeed makes sense to close this tread.

FWIW Echoes In The Attic who started this thread is an OBsession beta tester too. IIRC this was not the case when the thread started.

If you read my post properly i mentioned that we are very close if no new serious new bug is found.
I am very sure it will be less than a month, most likely it will be around a week or even just days we are talking about (if everything works perfectly from now on)

For an official release there is some additional work that has to be done beyond adding new features (like e.g. the Dual/Split modes and a 16 voice mode), finding bugs and sorting the factory presets.

Yes, I am actually surprised it isn't out now, knowing how quickly Rich usually moves once we're all happy (and we are all very happy).

I think we all know that once it's out, no-one will be posting anything.

Both Richard and Marcin (and maybe also Kevin Schroeder and Alex Butcher with some audio demos like in the teaser video?) are working as fast as they can at the moment so no need to give additional pressure to them.
