So effectively you're saying that some users only can freely break forum rules because they're "special" in some way? Well why bother having forum rules at all then if they aren't being upheld?Aliens wrote: Mon Jun 15, 2020 1:48 am Calling for bans is so lame it's like a three legged donkey with arthritis.
Man up, Dobbins.![]()
Anx is worth the admission price alone. I'd rather have a dozen of them than a sensitive soul offended by the Internet.

As this seemed to be a "work in progress" emulation here are 3 videos of a Prophet 600 involving the GliGli and pan spead upgrades:

Alex "Butcher" Metzger like Kevin Schroeder is part of the factory presets sound designers for OBsession ("Butcher" is the english translation for the german word "Metzger"...)

No, I'm saying that after moderation had already taken place, those calling for bans, which is pretty weak in itself at the best of times, need to learn not to be so offended by words on the internet to the point of acting like tell tale (tittle tattle) preteens demanding justice.EvilDragon wrote: Mon Jun 15, 2020 10:04 am So effectively you're saying that some users only can freely break forum rules because they're "special" in some way? Tell tale (tittle tattle)? It was more like a f**king witch hunt (people ganging up). Defenceless (couldn't fight back) in front of an onslaught he was. Brutal (violent).Aliens wrote: Mon Jun 15, 2020 10:40 amNo, I'm saying that after moderation had already taken place, those calling for bans, which is pretty weak in itself at the best of times, need to learn not to be so offended by words on the internet to the point of acting like tell tale (tittle tattle) preteens demanding justice.EvilDragon wrote: Mon Jun 15, 2020 10:04 am So effectively you're saying that some users only can freely break forum rules because they're "special" in some way? The best way for me to deal with it is to simply give up on proper moderation of this site, and accept that people are insulting each other. There won't be any fair or good moderation on this site, it is what it is.

You know what I find ironic? I was suspended 7 days for "paranoia" and derailing a thread calling someone a spammer. Apparently, had I threatened to stab the guy with a knife I would have been okay.

This is usually the language of people who lack social skills, and of bullies who won't accept the consequences of their actions. They will criticise objection to their behaviour, as if they are blameless and everyone else is at fault. Low emotional intelligence types who complain about 'snowflakes' and who tell depressed people to cheer up. It's good to try and not be that kind of person.Aliens wrote: Mon Jun 15, 2020 10:40 amNo, I'm saying that after moderation had already taken place, those calling for bans, which is pretty weak in itself at the best of times, need to learn not to be so offended by words on the internet to the point of acting like tell tale (tittle tattle) preteens demanding justice.EvilDragon wrote: Mon Jun 15, 2020 10:04 am So effectively you're saying that some users only can freely break forum rules because they're "special" in some way? Back to SA future synths!
Why P 600? I read it is the little brother of Prophet 5 or the cheap version of it. So, what P 600 has above P5? Is it the FM?

Using: Cubase Pro 15, Reason 13, Tascam US-4x4HR, MODX6, DM12D, LaunchKey 49, Yamaha guitar(Pacifica 612v) and bass (BB234) and some virtual instruments and synths.

The Prophet 600 has a CEM 3372 filter chip like Matrix-12 and Prophet T8 whlle the Prophet 5 Rev 3 (and OB-Xa) used a CEM 3320.EnGee wrote: Mon Jun 15, 2020 11:45 am Back to SA future synths!

AFAIK a P 600 with the Gligli upgrade will be used. Today I posted 3 videos about the upgraded P 600.
I am quite sure a plugin made by Synapse Audio will also include several additional/advanced features like in The Legend and OBsession. The was a P600 panning mod (used in one of the videos) and i am quite sure this will also be included in an emulation (maybe even comparable to how it is done with the voice trimmers in OBsession).
Now with even more experiences in modeling analog synths upcoming emulations should be at a very high quality.
