Engine volume broke

So when I go to use Celtic era, whenever I adjust the volume to the instrument to make it louder, the volume resets itself to default and can't hear anything. Any tips on what to do??

I've discovered its my midi keyboard. Whenever I don't have it plugged in, the volume stays where I leave it. When I plug in the midi keyboard, the volume resets itself to default position. It only does it to the Engine, not EastWest PLAY.
