I compared Modnetic with the new Lander and Lander wins hands down, they have comparable features.

Valhalla Delay is very flexible, also like some of the D16 delays.

I know I've been harping on about Audiority for a few days - in various places - but I'll definitely be acquiring their Plexitape as it is on sale right now. It sounds great and can be used just for some lofi tape saturation, if you like that kind of thing.
Otherwise, I've always been a fan of simple and clean digital delays. Sandman Pro is a favourite for sound design also.

General purpose and vibe seem to bring me back to Replika XT and Logic's Tape Delay. Special-sauce duties given over to Sandman Pro and RP-Delay

Too many excellent delays to name.
