How to make this lead
I can hear LFO Modulation to the cutoff knob but I wasn't able to get the sound

If you link the key velocity (how hard you hit the key) to the filter envelope then you'll open up the "pluckyness" more the harder you hit them and for small gentler hits you'll get slight/pleasant notes.

You could copy notes and then randomize the midi velocity too.
