Using Drumburst midi-out to play Poise, while Dualism midi-out arpeggios play both Poise and Drumburst, adjusting Drumburst beats and swapping Poise kits on the fly...

Aren't these kind of instruments included in almost every daw?

As far as mainline DAWs go, yeah. My DAW knowledge is not as varied to think about every single one out there, so I guess that's already good enough of a point for such thing to exist, in case there are some older/newer ones that have not introduced one, but in general, free alternative never hurt. Especially if you can customise them.

It stopped working properly in Cubase 10.5 a while ago, I contacted the dev didnt realise he'd stopped supporting onesmallclue.

I made the switch to Battery after that, I paid for Poise ages ago and was my drum goto, so if it works for you, you are lucky, its a great plugin.

Shame its gone tbh.

no, its a shame people are forced to "keep up with the tech rat race"
poise still works fine for me under Winxp SP3, but it probably wouldnt if
i went to the latest everything. would probably lose functionality
of many other of my favorite tools.

Sorry for digging up the thread again.

I just reinstalled Poise ( Win10, latest version of Reaper ) and it still works great.
It‘s a fantastic plugin, clearly one of my all-time favs.

Shannon Oram, if you read this, please give us a bigger GUI, don‘t need anything else.
( And maybe you could check it from time to time to keep it future proof

).
I‘d gladly pay for it.
