EQs that shift the curve(s) based on midi note

I'm looking for an EQ that shifts all the adjustments based on the lowest note being played. Why don't all paid EQs have this? As the fundamental pitch moves, the EQ affects the overtones differently.

Surfer EQ? Looks like it can both track pitch of incoming audio and respond to MIDI notes.

Always keep forgetting about that Apusoft, need to check that one out at some time. Looks pretty interesting & appealing.
